Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the electrical wiring and installation services provided by Hey Voyager (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Agreement: By requesting our electrical wiring, rewiring, commercial or industrial electrical installation services, you enter into a service agreement with Hey Voyager. The scope of work, pricing, and any additional terms will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the project.

2. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, drawings, and documents created or used by Hey Voyager for your project, remain our exclusive property. They should not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without our explicit consent.

3. Confidentiality: Any information shared with Hey Voyager during the course of the project will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the services. We will not disclose any sensitive information without your consent unless required by law.

4. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time due to non-compliance with these Terms or any other valid reason. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will become immediately due.
